Hey all!
It’s been a while. Let me get you up to speed.
You can watch the video or read about it below.
Over the last year, quite a few people have asked me to help them improve the way they build products as an advisor (sometimes hands-on), which kept me busy for a while. With the remaining time, I’ve been working on two big products. And I’m ready to share the news with you.
I’m Shipping Two Big Products This Year
We're expecting a second baby in mid-May! Currently pumpkin-sized and growing strong. If you count our two cats, that’s a full house. Thrilled for this new chapter, even if it means revisiting the land of sleep deprivation. 🫠
Product Cards → Ship It
After months of development, I have some big news to share with you about my passion card product (now called Ship It).
For those unfamiliar:
Ship It is a collection of digital and physical cards to reinvent how you build products.
Each card represents a good practice from companies that consistently ship great products.
Every card is connected with a no-bullshit guide on learning and adopting the practice, including step-by-step recipes and ready-to-use templates you can plug & play.
These are not just-workshop-cards. It’s a complete system to inspire yourself and your team and transform the way you work.
Whether you're struggling with slow delivery, low product impact, communication issues, or high technical debt, Ship It provides step-by-step guidance to generate more customer value while reducing costs.
They're perfect for people with product, engineering, design, agile, and leadership hats.
Launch in a few weeks
The digital version of Ship-It will launch in April, and the physical version will be released soon after.
It will contain 76 cards with guides from me and some fantastic industry veterans.
Early Access is Available Now
I've just launched a landing page where you can:

get a free card featuring a comprehensive guide on Team Topologies (created with the invaluable help of
, the co-author of Team Topologies book)
The response so far has been great. Nearly 500 people have signed up to become early adopters. Those who tried Ship It gave it an average rating of 8/10. I’ll take that as good fortune. :)
